Service providers & transfers.
The services supporting Fleetspace, where information is processed, and the proposed handling of retained copies.
Prelaunch draft. These proposed terms and arrangements are awaiting final approval and are not yet the agreement for live customer service.
Supabase: accounts, records and files
Supabase provides authentication, databases and private file storage. Our Fleetspace projects are hosted in London, United Kingdom. Supabase’s standard supplier terms identify Supabase Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as the provider, subject to any separate order.
The service handles account identities, company records, uploaded files and related service information. Overseas affiliates and suppliers support it. Support, operational information and content delivery may involve processing outside the UK; a London database does not confine every operation to the UK.
See Supabase’s data processing agreement, current subprocessor register and data location information.
Vercel: application hosting
Vercel Inc., United States, hosts Fleetspace and processes application requests and related operational information. Our application runtime is configured for London. Vercel also uses international infrastructure and suppliers for hosting, routing, security, monitoring and support.
Its supplier register covers multiple Vercel services. Inclusion in that register does not mean every listed supplier receives Fleetspace records.
See Vercel’s data processing agreement and current subprocessor register.
International safeguards and provider changes
The providers’ processing terms include standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum for applicable restricted transfers. Contact us for information about these safeguards. International processing is subject to the instructions and duties in our processing schedule.
That schedule also sets out notice and objection arrangements for new or replacement subprocessors. An email-delivery or payment service will be added to this schedule before it is enabled for live customers. Resend and live Stripe payments are not active services covered by this draft.
Company deletion and backup copies
The proposed company closure policy provides a 30-day review period and a minimal deletion receipt for 90 days after completion, as described in the service terms. The receipt contains no company documents or document contents.
Proposed backup arrangement, not yet active: daily recovery copies with a 14-day retention target. This arrangement is being implemented and tested before live customer service opens. It is not a current guarantee of backup coverage, successful restoration or maximum data loss or an assured deadline for erasing every retained copy.
Under that arrangement, retained recovery copies will be protected and unavailable for ordinary use. Deleted information must be excluded before a restored copy returns to service. Separate deletion-protection records must remain available for as long as any recoverable copy can contain the deleted information; the 90-day customer receipt period does not shorten that protection.
Provider database backups do not necessarily include uploaded file bytes. Fleetspace’s recovery acceptance must cover both. We do not describe a provider’s plan-level backup or log window as proof that all Fleetspace copies have expired.
Provider operational records
Providers may separately retain account, billing, support, security and service records for their own stated purposes and legal obligations. Customer content remains subject to the applicable processing agreement. Provider contract or project closure is different from deleting one company in Fleetspace.
Log availability depends on the provider and account configuration and does not establish deletion of every security or support copy. This draft does not promise a single expiry period covering all provider records. See the Supabase privacy policy and Vercel privacy notice for their separate purposes and retention information.
