Participation should be simple.
Invite your office, drivers and passenger assistants. A login alone does not add a people charge. Enable someone's own timesheet when you want to submit, record or process their time.
Archive records when they stop being operationally active and keep their history. Review current usage and the monthly estimate in your company workspace.
Who counts as a timesheet-enabled person?
One active staff profile whose own time or pay records are enabled. A person who both drives and assists counts once. An admin managing only other people is not billable; enabling their own timesheet adds one person. Routes are not charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without an affirmative paid subscription, operational writes and new uploads stop. Current company owners and administrators can export retained records until permanent removal starts, unless security access is suspended. Check any company retention notice for the current deadline. There is no automatic charge.
Can the trial cover our payroll cutoff?
You can extend once to your next payroll cutoff after the initial trial, provided the complete trial stays within 45 days. The date and extension are recorded in the workspace.
Can I start without school transport setup?
Yes. People and fleet records work independently. School transport setup is optional. The proposed pricing has no paid feature tiers.
Can you help with importing our records?
Preview staff and vehicle CSV imports yourself, or contact us about assisted setup. Any separately scoped data cleanup or migration will be agreed before work starts.
